The last sentence, if you wanted to say that the purse is red and white, if it is. you would say (zhe ge qian bao shi hong bai se de) or (zhe ge qian bao shi hong se he bai se xiang jian de) BING QIE sometimes certainly means and but not suit in this sentence.
