Here are a few corrections, however I'm not a native speaker and I might not have seen all mistakes.
1) I guess Paris is a city and not a town. A town is usually defined as a small city.
2) You don't need translate Notre Dame, I guess everybody knows this place thanx to Victor Hugo.
3) I'm not sure the tenses are correct. Maybe you should write I have visited, I took a walk.
The preterit is often used when an action took place in the past at a certain date or moment. Here it's during your last vacation in Paris. So You should use the preterit and not the present perfect.
4) I have risen to the top of Tour d'Eiffel. Ok I won't talk about this french mistake =) don't write this d'. The verb to rise seems a bit poetic, so it's not incorrect but did you write it on purpose ? Alternatively you can write, I climbed to the top of the Eiffel Tower (or Tour Eiffel) or I have been to the top of the Eiffel Tower.
ON my last VACATION / HOLIDAY I WENT TO Paris. Paris is a wonderful town. There are many diferents sights. In Paris I have visited the Louvre, the Cathedral of the Parisian Mother of god, the Pantheon, I TOOK a walk IN the Luxemburg's garden. I WENT TO the top of THE Eiffel TOWER. Paris is a dream city

It is better to say'' Paris is a wonderful city'' ,not town because town means a smaller city.
