Here is my suggestion:
My best friend, has gray eyes. He is 1.70 cm ,like me. His hair is blond, mine is black. We look like each other.

My best friend have has grey eyes. He has is 1.70 tall, as like me. His hair is blond, and although mine is black, we are very similar.
